As a Support Specialist, you will apply your technical knowledge to assist clients with Microsoft technology issues directly at their premises. In this role, you are expected to excel in communication, troubleshooting, and managing multiple priorities in fast-moving situations. Your contribution will enhance operational efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients dealing with Microsoft core applications
• Act as an on-site technical point of contact
• Provide hands-on support for networking and device issues
• Maintain clear communication with clients about progress
• Document and report service delivery metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support roles
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
• Proficient in troubleshooting various systems
• Capability to travel between client sites
• Must have a stable internet connection and reside in Calgary
