In the role of Senior Administrator, you will manage VMware vSphere and vCenter technologies while conducting root-cause analyses and implementing solutions for escalated issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex service tickets within defined SLAs
• Proactively enhance customer satisfaction and security posture
Requirements:
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere and vCenter
• Experience with VMware vSAN and SDDC technologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and customer service
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification recommended
