Join ARC Business Solutions Inc. as a full-time Service Desk Technician based in Calgary, AB, where you'll provide dedicated IT support to various clients. Focus on high-quality service delivery through on-site and remote assistance.

Your role will involve resolving support tickets, managing accounts, and assisting users with technology issues. You will troubleshoot both Windows and macOS systems while administering Microsoft 365 tools and services. Documentation and process adherence are critical parts of your daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests through phone, email, and on-site

• Offer technical support for Windows and macOS platforms

• Administer Microsoft 365 and handle user onboarding

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues including VPN and Wi-Fi

• Maintain detailed records in the knowledge base

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in IT support or help desk

• Expertise in Windows platforms and Microsoft 365

• Familiar with Active Directory and basic networking

• Capable of using remote support tools effectively

• Strong documentation practices for operational efficiency
