CFOC is looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to both residential and business clients. With at least three years in a technical support environment, you'll handle troubleshooting, customer inquiries, account management, and escalation of complex issues. Your primary goal is to ensure a solution-oriented experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat channels
• Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity-related issues
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams
• Assist customers with account management tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role
• Experience in telecommunications and call center operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of fiber optics is an asset
