Junior Information Technology Support Analyst

Overview

We're looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide exceptional technical support to employees across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of help desk or technical support experience who is eager to grow their career in a Microsoft-focused environment.

In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, provision equipment, and support Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ), Intune, and Teams
. You'll work closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.

• In this role, you ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, provision equipment, and support Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ), Intune, and Teams.
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.

• 1–3 years of experience in a IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra , Intune, and endpoint management is an asset.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position
, requires 4 days per week onsite in our Calgary or office, with the remaining days working remotely.
