Requirements:

• 6-8 years in automation, monitoring within IT Operations

• Proficient with scripting tools like Python, Power Shell

• Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk

• Familiar with Agile/Kanban work methodologies

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
