Junior IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a proactive individual with 1-3 years of experience in help desk or technical support. In this role, you will manage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, and support technologies like Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory. Your strong customer service and communication skills will enhance user satisfaction while resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly
• Manage user accounts and provision IT equipment
• Support Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 technologies
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges
• Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of IT Support or Help Desk experience
• Familiarity with Intune and endpoint management
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple requests effectively
• Passion for technology and continuous learning
