Position: Calgary IT Infrastructure Analyst Role
Join our Calgary team as an Infrastructure Analyst, managing IT infrastructure efficiently. Your expertise in system management and security will be crucial in supporting our clients.

This on-site position focuses on overseeing the life cycle of IT infrastructure, including servers and storage. The successful applicant will have a minimum of five years' experience, particularly within Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Expected skills include proficiency in Active Directory, Cloud Services, and exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, aimed at delivering optimal client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and prioritize incoming client requests, ensuring timely responses

• Investigate and resolve technology-related business issues

• Document processes and update client records systematically

• Mentor team members and act as a point of escalation

• Support network assessments and client onboarding tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in computer sciences or related field

• Extensive experience in Windows Server and Cloud environments

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office 365 and remote support

• Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge

• Must hold a valid driver’s license for travel
