Position: Internship for Help Desk Support at Contego
Gain hands-on IT experience with Contego as a Help Desk Intern. Assist users with technical issues while enhancing your skills in a collaborative environment.

Contego is looking for a Help Desk Intern for a 4-16 month term. This role targets students enrolled in Information Technology or related fields and involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting user onboarding, and maintaining IT documentation. You'll also participate in IT infrastructure projects, all designed for skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer-focused support through calls, emails, and chats

• Diagnose and resolve basic computer and software issues

• Install and maintain desktop and laptop hardware

• Log support requests in the Help Desk ticketing system

• Support IT infrastructure projects like Office 365 implementations

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an IT or Computer Science program

• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting

• Skills in network fundamentals and basic firewalls

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
