In this engineering-intensive role, you will oversee the transition to proactive support through AI and LLM models. You'll collaborate closely with Product Management and Core Engineering while addressing complex issues for Fortune 500 clients. This role is essential for enhancing the reliability and performance of our Network Security portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical roadmap leveraging AI for customer engineering
• Serve as final escalation point for critical network outages
• Build feedback loops to translate field issues into software enhancements
• Ensure implementation of predictive resolutions and self-healing workflows
• Inspire and lead a high-performance global technical team
Requirements:
• 15+ years in SaaS/Cloud technical support, 3+ years in leadership
• Strong expertise in network and cloud security
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Experience in managing global teams of 500+
• STEM Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred
