Key Responsibilities:

• Lead lifecycle management of Data Science & Machine Learning models

• Ensure team prioritizes work effectively and is continuously unblocked

• Document and champion data science best practices

• Collaborate with internal teams for knowledge transfer

• Work closely with the MLOps team on model maintenance

Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on data science experience

• Experience deploying models into production

• Background in ML engineering practices and MLOps tooling

• 4+ years managing data scientist teams

• Proficient in Python and cloud-based ML platforms
