This role focuses on providing technical assistance, resolving application and server issues, and implementing performance enhancements for Wind Server.
You'll work with senior administrators to deepen your understanding of the architecture while collaborating with the Product Manager on improvements. Your contributions will help promote sustainable energy solutions on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reliable technical support to Wind Server users
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
• Implement necessary server updates for performance
• Maintain on-premise server infrastructure continuously
• Partner with senior teams on system architecture
Requirements:
• Proficient in C#, Transact-SQL, and jQuery
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server
• Familiar with firewall and networking concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio usage
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented approach
