ATCO System Analyst, HR

Position: ATCO System Analyst, Employee HR Support
Elevate employee experiences at ATCO as a System Analyst focused on HR technology support. Engage with Oracle HCM and UKG to streamline user interactions.

In this 18-month opportunity within BPSS Operations, you will be a key support contact for ATCO staff.

Your role will involve resolving tickets, managing incidents, and ensuring timely assistance for HR technology inquiries. Engage closely with team members to implement improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle HCM and UKG IT service tickets via Service Now

• Analyze trends in incidents to determine root causes

• Ensure adherence to SLA thresholds for Service Requests

• Assist users in UAT for system releases and updates

• Create documentation for crucial operational processes

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Commerce, or Information Technology

• Over 3 years of experience in IT support for HCM systems

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM, UKG, and MS Office 365

• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills

• ITIL certification is preferred, with experience in IT service management
