In this full-time role, you will manage learning platforms like Zensai’s Learn
365 and Microsoft tools, ensuring compliance and optimizing learning pathways for corporate employees and franchisees. Your expertise in LMS administration, analysis, governance, and instructional design will be key in curating effective training content and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure learning management systems (LMS) daily

• Troubleshoot access and reporting issues for users

• Partner with stakeholders to upload and organize learning content

• Create SharePoint pages and Microsoft 365 resources

• Develop learning dashboards and track key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Learning and Development or related field

• Experience with Zensai’s Learn
365 or similar LMS platforms

• Strong Excel and Power BI skills

• Understanding of digital learning formats and accessibility

• Fluency in French Canadian and English required
