Position: EDI Analyst for Retail Supply Chain
Elevate your career as an EDI Analyst specializing in retail supply chain solutions. In this role, you will address key EDI exceptions and drive operational efficiencies.

We are seeking a skilled EDI Analyst with over two years of experience in system-to-system integrations. You will monitor and resolve day-to-day EDI exceptions while collaborating with SPS Commerce and other teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance. Your expertise will support vendors in understanding specific EDI requirements for Canadian Tire, Mark’s, and FGL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor EDI exceptions across multiple transaction sets

• Investigate and resolve ASN, Invoice, and PO failures

• Act as primary EDI contact during vendor onboarding

• Coordinate EDI testing and certification with SPS Commerce

• Assist with vendor compliance and data accuracy

Requirements:

• 2+ years supporting EDI or integrations

• Knowledge of key EDI transaction sets

• Experience troubleshooting structured data issues

• Strong communication skills for high-impact issues

• Familiarity with retail supply chain processes
