Onsite Data Center Technician

Become a vital part of Insight Global's Calgary operations as a Data Center Technician (L3). Support critical data center functions by troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining equipment onsite.

This onsite role focuses on ensuring operational excellence in the data center. You will solve hardware issues, monitor systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving skills and a background in Information Technology or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair server and hardware issues

• Install, replace, and maintain IT equipment

• Follow safety and security procedures diligently

• Document work and escalate issues appropriately

• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical problems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or IT-related technical certificate

• Experience troubleshooting computers or servers

• Able to lift moderate to heavy equipment (35lbs+)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Trustworthy and eager to learn
