As a Full-time Limited Term Analyst, you will report to the Lead, Business Analyst and collaborate with a vibrant team dedicated to advancing UCalgary’s technological landscape. The position requires skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder communication to support a tech-enabled environment for teaching and research. Your analytical insight will guide project development and evaluation of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business cases and high-level estimates for projects

• Model current processes and define future capabilities

• Facilitate meetings and engage with stakeholders

• Research and analyze existing processes for improvement

• Prototype and document new procedures for operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field

• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation

• Familiarity with IT project experience, ideally in education

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
