Position: Mid-Level Cyber Security Analyst Wanted
Join Sys Gen as a Mid-Level Cyber Security Analyst and take part in enhancing security for clients throughout Western Canada. Collaborate on incident response and drive improvements in security practices.

This role requires you to handle security incidents, provide client-facing expertise, and mentor less experienced colleagues. You'll analyze and respond to various security threats, conduct audits, and maintain updated documentation on security processes. Act as a key contact for strategic security inquiries within designated client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security escalations and incidents proactively

• Analyze vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements

• Administer security awareness training for clients

• Collaborate on cybersecurity audits and assessments

• Document and implement change management in security practices

Requirements:

• Strong background in cybersecurity standards and frameworks

• Experience with security tools like IDS/IPS

• Proven skills in security incident analysis and response

• Familiarity with documentation for technical solutions

• Strong organizational capabilities in fast-paced environments
