UFA is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support server operations within its IT department. You will leverage extensive experience with server-based operating systems, VMware, and storage systems to diagnose issues and implement recovery plans. This role also involves on-call support, collaborating with third-party vendors, and ensuring security and compliance with IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design server systems aligned with IT strategies
• Diagnose and resolve server infrastructure issues
• Perform system upgrades and develop recovery plans
• Coordinate incident resolutions with vendors
• Script automation for routine server tasks
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in infrastructure services leadership
• 5+ years with VMware ESX and SQL/IIS
• 5+ years in backup recovery systems
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certificate required
