Learning Systems Specialist at Fix Network

In this pivotal role, you will administer, configure, and improve Fix Network’s learning platforms, helping both corporate employees and franchisees achieve compliance and Health & Safety training. Your expertise in LMS management, data analytics, and Microsoft 365 will drive consistent learning experiences across more than 2,000 shops globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain LMS configuration and user support

• Troubleshoot access and content reporting issues proactively

• Collaborate with stakeholders to organize and upload learning content

• Create SharePoint resource hubs for improved access

• Build and analyze learning dashboards using Power BI

Requirements:

• Experience with Zensai’s Learn
365 or similar LMS

• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially in Excel and Power BI

• Analytical skills for interpreting training data effectively

• Knowledge of digital learning formats and accessibility standards

• Fluency in French Canadian and English required
