Position: Intermediate Network Analyst to support both day-to-day network operations and ongoing infrastructure projects.

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Network Analyst to support both day-to-day network operations and ongoing infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for a network professional with a solid foundation in modern networking technologies who enjoys troubleshooting, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting global operations.

Duration: 3 Months (with potential extension)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours

Location: Calgary - remote

Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours are required to support team members and operations across multiple time zones.

Must Have:

  • Experience working in a Network Analyst or Network Support role in a complex networking environment
  • Knowledge of modern networking concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) environments.
  • Experience with centralized configuration and network management tools
    .
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with:
  • Juniper networking technologies
  • Aruba Central
  • Cisco DNA Center
  • Experience supporting large-scale wireless network environments.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and triage network-related support tickets (approximately 25–30% of workload).
  • Provide Tier 2 support for network incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues across multiple locations.
  • Support ongoing network projects, including Wi-Fi and network infrastructure initiatives.
  • Assist with network configuration, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure stable and secure network operations.
  • Support a global network environment spanning approximately 25 international locations and over 1, remote Wi-Fi access points.
  • Participate in network improvement and optimization activities.
