Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary escalation point for complex incidents

• Own resolution of escalated tickets and conduct root cause analysis

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues

• Support end-user devices including laptops and mobile devices

• Document troubleshooting processes and maintain the knowledge base

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field

• Over 3 years in IT Support or System Administration

• Skilled in multi-location networking and remote site support

• Proficient in cloud technologies like AWS and Azure

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and MDM solutions
