  • Maintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionality.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying and recommending improvements to processes, technology, and data quality.
  • Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality and participates in release planning, accountable for regression testing, unit testing, User Acceptance testing and pre-launch testing / sign‑off for new features or enhancements.
  • Assist in testing processes from creating test cases, setting up test cases, and testing different personas through the processes.
  • Monitor and recommend changes to improve processes, technology, and data quality.
  • Responsible for understanding, creating, and implementing end to end technology processes, identifying and closing gaps in processes and dependencies and transforming the technology landscape, specifically utilizing data connections.
  • Uphold excellent time management skills including technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cut‑over plans from a technology perspective and lead stakeholders through these standards.
  • Use project management skills in managing projects. Provide overall project management for given HR system initiative.
