In this senior role, your main responsibility will involve coaching teams in Agile practices and facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance Agile adoption while serving as the contact for outsourced development teams. Your leadership will drive conflict resolution and establish Scrum standards that promote a culture of improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide teams on Agile principles, aligning with business goals
• Coordinate daily scrums, sprint planning, and release planning
• Act as the key liaison for outsourced development teams
• Mentor teams to enhance their Agile maturity
• Remove obstacles to ensure continuous team progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM)
• 8+ years’ experience as Scrum Master
• Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Proven record of driving Agile transformation in teams
