Requirements:
• 8+ years in Infrastructure Operations or Monitoring Services
• 5+ years with enterprise monitoring tools
• Strong expertise in Solar Winds Orion and Splunk
• Experience with Service Now integration and cloud environments
• Proficiency in automation with Power Shell and Python
