Senior Analyst GTM Systems

Position: Senior Analyst for GTM Systems
Optimize go-to-market technology  as a Senior Analyst, specializing in GTM systems. Lead the administration and enhancement of key tools for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

As a hands-on Senior Analyst, you will manage the complete GTM tech stack, integrating systems like Salesforce CRM, Zoom Info, and Outreach. Collaborate with various teams to improve operational efficiencies and ensure data quality while providing essential training for tool adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM configurations

• Manage data enrichment processes through Zoom Info and Clay

• Oversee Outreach sequencing and performance reporting

• Implement CPQ administration for streamlined workflows

• Design KPIs and dashboards for system health monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Systems or Sales Operations

• Proficient in Salesforce and Outreach platforms

• Experience with AI sales tools implementation

• Strong analytical capabilities with reporting expertise
