As an early-career WMS Analyst, you will support the Infios application, ensuring smooth operation across our facilities. Your tasks will involve acting as level one support for users, managing configurations, facilitating training sessions, and coordinating testing for platform enhancements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to achieving our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as super user for warehouse management systems
• Facilitate end-user training and support activities
• Oversee security setups within the application
• Coordinate and perform necessary testing activities
• Develop reports for operational performance
Requirements:
• Interest in supply chain technology
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skill set
• Preferred degree in related fields
• Willingness for after-hours support when necessary
• Ability to travel occasionally for projects
