Incentive PlanAnnual bonus: 10% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance).

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting IT activities across the full acquisition lifecycle, from due diligence and discovery through integration, go‑live support, and post-close remediation. This role acts as a central point of coordination between internal IT teams, project managers, vendors, and acquired brokerages to ensure technology environments are assessed, risks are identified, integration activities are aligned to Broker Link standards, and transition outcomes are delivered securely, consistently, and with strong documentation discipline.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead IT due diligence and technology discovery activities for acquired brokerages.
- Identify IT risks, gaps, dependencies, and integration requirements within the acquisition environment.
- Serve as the primary IT contact during an acquisition, partnering with internal IT teams, project managers, external vendors, and the acquired broker.
- Coordinate access to existing broker systems for internal teams.
- Support IT integration planning and execution.
- Maintain up to date documentation that is aligned with Broker Link standards.
- Coordinate end-user readiness activities.
- Support network cutover coordination by aligning internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate hardware and technology inventory.
- Support remediation of identified risks and ensure adherence to Broker Link IT security standards.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience working in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure concepts.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to balance workload and manage competing priorities.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to speak about technical issues in a non-technical environment.
- Collaborative with various teams that are working towards a common goal.
- Experience with tracking assets and asset management tools.
