Procure-To-Pay Analyst

Agilus by Synergie seeks a Procure-To-Pay Analyst in Calgary, Alberta, to optimize processes and implement Oracle Fusion capabilities effectively. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and knowledge transfer to ensure process enhancements.

As a Procure-To-Pay Analyst, you will leverage over a decade of experience in procurement and ERP delivery. Your focus will be on guiding solution designs, conducting workshops, and supporting UAT activities for successful deployment of Oracle Fusion solutions. You will also engage stakeholders in change initiatives and provide process education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on Oracle Fusion best practices and capabilities

• Facilitate workshops for aligning business needs with solutions

• Review designs to identify risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with architects and project teams for governance

• Provide end-to-end process education to business teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Procurement, Finance, or ERP roles

• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience

• Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to influence decisions across teams
