Windows 11 Deployment Support Temp

AEG is looking for a temporary Desktop Support specialist to streamline Windows 11 deployments across our organization. Engage in vital support duties and monitor upgrade processes.

This part-time role focuses on assisting with Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades by following specific guidelines. You will coordinate tasks across multiple devices and verify installations to maintain operational standards. Strong organizational skills and a reliable work ethic will support AEG’s technological initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades using guides

• Initiate and monitor multiple upgrade processes

• Troubleshoot basic deployment issues as needed

• Conduct post-installation checks for device readiness

• Report upgrade status to the project lead

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred

• 1-2 years’ background in Apple iOS and MacOS

• Detail-oriented with minimal supervision

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks across devices

• Prior IT deployment experience is advantageous
