Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to support questions from Meta engineers

• Extract information from logs to identify root causes

• Create tools for efficient support processes

• Collaborate with technical writers for better documentation

• Generate performance reports for leadership

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of software systems development

• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages

• Strong understanding of database systems

• Knowledge of Linux is mandatory
