Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns using data insights

• Develop predictive models for donor acquisition and retention

• Conduct audience segmentation and donor behavior analysis

• Create dashboards and KPIs for strategic decision support

• Deliver clear data storytelling to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field

• 5+ years in analytics or business intelligence

• Experience with large datasets and strategic insights

• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau

• Skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
