The AMS team is seeking an experienced consultant for this role, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients to improve their Workday implementations. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, and testing strategies. Your strategic mindset is essential for managing interdependencies, and you will guide junior team members while building trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple end-to-end HCM implementations

• Advise on testing strategies and configuration decisions

• Manage system configuration and business processes

• Support junior team members in best practices

• Maintain strong client relationships and oversight

Requirements:

• Workday certification in Core HCM

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Expertise in Workday configuration and services

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Beneficial experience in client-side HCM roles
