About The Role

We’re looking for a Modern Work Systems Analyst who combines technical expertise with curiosity and a strong drive to deliver meaningful outcomes. In this role, you’ll design and deliver modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and the Power Platform. You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their challenges, simplify complexity, and deliver solutions that genuinely improve how people work.

Success in this role requires someone who is ready to learn, grow, and continuously improve both their own skills and the outcomes they deliver for clients. They should be highly collaborative, open to feedback, willing to listen, and focused on achieving shared success. • Design and deliver SharePoint intranets and collaboration solutions that are practical, user‑friendly, and aligned to real business needs.
• Configure, support, and continuously improve Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, and related tools).
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions where needed, and recommend thoughtful, value‑driven solutions.
• Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot and broader M365 capabilities, focusing on driving meaningful usage.
• Build and enhance workflows and business processes using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.
• Deliver training, documentation, and guidance that empowers users and builds long‑term client capability.
• Contribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Take ownership of deliverables while proactively communicating risks and opportunities.

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive.
• Background in Modern Workplace consulting, systems analysis, or Microsoft 365 administration/support.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint environments, intranets, or content management solutions.
• Familiarity with Power Platform is an asset.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI‑enabled workplace solutions is an asset.
