Position: Nutrien Data Governance Director Role
Take charge of Nutrien’s data governance as the Director, enhancing data quality and ensuring compliance. This role requires strategic leadership in data management and integrity.

As the Director of Data Governance, you will oversee the implementation of governance standards while collaborating with various functions to ensure alignment and compliance. Focusing on accountability within data domains, your expertise will support the scaling of both analytics and AI initiatives. This role is critical for driving Nutrien’s strategic data objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a global data governance framework across key domains

• Define standards for master and reference data elements

• Promote accountability and governance ownership within data domains

• Facilitate enterprise data governance forums for alignment

• Partner with IT to build a robust data quality strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field

• Over 15 years in data governance or management

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role

• Experience in building comprehensive governance programs

• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks
