We are looking for a seasoned professional with 6–10+ years of experience in Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL database management. This role emphasizes hands-on skills with Oracle Data Guard and MS SQL Always On, focusing on disaster recovery and database performance. Experience in cloud migration is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Oracle databases with Multitenant architecture
• Administer MS SQL Server environments and Always On configurations
• Ensure disaster recovery readiness through regular drills
• Proactively monitor databases and address performance issues
• Execute database upgrades, patching, and maintenance
Requirements:
• 6–10+ years of DBA experience with multiple databases
• Proficient in Oracle Data Guard and performance tuning
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions
• Experience in cloud migration and database security
• Availability for 24/7 support and on-call duties
