As a full-time Learning Systems Analyst at our Downtown Calgary Head Office, you will oversee LMS configurations and governance frameworks. This role requires a strategic focus on performance improvement initiatives that support organizational priorities such as safety and compliance. Utilize modern authoring tools to create impactful learning solutions that resonate with employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align learning solutions to business priorities

• Influence standardization of learning processes

• Administer and configure LMS components

• Manage content lifecycle and quality assurance

• Report on learning effectiveness and insights

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in LMS and digital design

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Learning

• Understanding of adult learning principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
