Your role is essential for resolving incidents swiftly and ensuring smooth deployments of new technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT field support for multiple locations
• Troubleshoot critical tech including POS and printers
• Respond to business-critical incidents promptly
• Support new technology deployments and configurations
• Collaborate with vendors and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• 5–8 years in IT operations or field support
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field
• Strong troubleshooting skills across diverse systems
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and iOS support
