This role at Brunel requires a seasoned professional experienced in Oracle Fusion and P2P processes. You will serve as an independent advisor, effectively facilitating current-state discussions and providing insights into future Oracle capabilities. By leading design evaluations and trade-off discussions, you will enhance stakeholder understanding and reduce risks associated with implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide business stakeholders through design and implementation

• Challenge existing processes for simplification and automation

• Facilitate key workshops and provide end-to-end solution support

• Monitor emerging risks and ensure designs are validated

• Support UAT preparation and business readiness activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Finance, Procurement, or ERP functions

• Over 5 years with Oracle Fusion and in P2P processes

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Understanding of ERP leading practices and governance models
