Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CCaaS technology solutions

• Develop relationships with senior management for project opportunities

• Manage platform migration strategies and execution

• Oversee Agile planning and resource allocation

• Drive legacy platform assessments and migration strategies

Requirements:

• 7+ years in designing cloud contact center platforms

• Proven experience with Amazon Connect and migrations

• Strong AWS cloud services competency

• Experience designing GenAI-driven solutions

• Must be fluent in English for global collaborations
