In this vital role, you will join the IP Core Assurance team ’ll be responsible for maintaining the reliability of our IP infrastructure and spearheading innovative solutions. Your expertise will guide operational improvements and facilitate collaborative efforts among teams to enhance overall network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support assurance activities for IP Core network elements

• Drive critical network initiatives from conception to implementation

• Utilize innovative problem-solving for complex network challenges

• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

• Participate in incident management to expedite issue resolution

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Minimum three years in ticket-based network operations

• Strong IP troubleshooting skills across various network types

• Excellent communicator with advanced documentation skills

• Experience with automation tools or scripting languages is a plus
