As a GIS Intern at Enverus, you will work closely with experts from various fields including data science and engineering. Gain practical experience in supporting client-facing energy research through GIS data, while applying georeferencing techniques and maintaining data quality. Your contributions will directly impact the global energy industry by facilitating better energy management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support GIS data production for energy research projects
• Assist in organizing and normalizing spatial datasets
• Apply digitizing and georeferencing techniques
• Maintain data quality and flag issues as needed
• Help update proprietary and open-source datasets
Requirements:
• Enrolled or recently completed GIS-related studies
• Basic familiarity with ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online
• Understanding of geographic concepts and spatial thinking
• Exposure to Python, Arc Py, or SQL
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
