With 3-5 years of IT support experience, you'll provide Level 1 Help Desk assistance to users, troubleshooting both Windows and Linux issues, and deploying essential hardware. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 Help Desk support to end users

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT support or help desk experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and iOS

• Adaptable to different technologies and approaches
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
