As an experienced Oracle ERP Delivery Lead, you will guide project teams through complex implementations, ensuring quality delivery. You will utilize your deep expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions and finance transformation initiatives to meet client needs and attract new business by fostering CxO relationships in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects independently

• Manage diverse teams across functional and technical work streams

• Identify and originate new business opportunities

• Establish program governance and chair Steering Committees

• Oversee risk mitigation and escalation management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Related Field

• Minimum 8-10 years of ERP program delivery experience

• Proven leadership in Oracle Cloud complex implementations

• Strong understanding of Finance business processes

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs
