Our energy client is seeking a Senior ERP Functional Analyst to support a Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation including business process design, testing, and deployment

Candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary (Hybrid)

Must Haves

  • 10+ years of experience as an ERP Analyst with a focus on Finance
    , Procurement
    , Supply Chain
    , ERP delivery
    , or business transformation
  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience across Procure-to-Pay
    , procurement
    , accounts payable
    , supplier management
    , and inventory processes
  • Experience with Large-scale ERP implementations working with System Integrators
    , Solution Architects
    , and cross-functional project teams
  • Business process design
    , fit-gap discussions
    , solution reviews
    , SIT
    , and UAT preparation activities

    • Nice to Have

  • Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud
  • Oracle Fusion Payables Cloud
  • Oracle Fusion Supplier Management experience
  • People Soft and JDE experience
  • Utility, energy, midstream, or regulated industry experience

    • Responsibilities

  • Facilitate current-state and future-state Oracle Fusion process discussions with business stakeholders
  • Validate proposed solution designs against business requirements and operational needs
  • Provide end-to-end Oracle Fusion solution walkthroughs and process education to stakeholders
  • Identify risks related to solution design, testing, business readiness, adoption, and process changes
  • Support governance activities for requirements, fit-gap assessments, solution reviews, and design decisions
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions across business and technical teams
  • Support SIT and UAT preparation and execution activities including review of test scenarios and business process coverage
