Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Tools Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise monitoring and observability platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Solar Winds Orion, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Service Now integrations
, with hands-on experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and application monitoring environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Solar Winds Orion, Splunk, and Dynatrace platforms.

• Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and operational health.

• Perform platform upgrades, maintenance, configuration reviews, and performance tuning.

• Design and implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure, network, cloud, storage, backup, applications, and enterprise services.

• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, and event correlation rules to improve operational visibility.

• Integrate monitoring platforms with Service Now Incident Management, Event Management, and ITOM
  .

• Automate monitoring tasks using Power Shell, Python, and REST APIs
  .

• Troubleshoot monitoring issues and continuously improve alert quality while reducing alert noise.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Enterprise Monitoring, or Observability platforms.

• 5+ years of hands-on administration of enterprise monitoring tools.

• Strong expertise in Solar Winds Orion (NPM, SAM, Alerting, Dashboards, Reporting).

• Strong experience with Splunk (SPL, Data Onboarding, Dashboards, Reports, Log Analytics, Event Correlation).

• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (One Agent, Smartscape, Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, Service Flow Analysis).

• Experience integrating monitoring tools with Service Now ITSM/ITOM
  .

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network, storage, and application environments.

• Proficiency in Power Shell, Python, and REST API automation
  .

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
