Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key financial partners.
• Collaborate on successful technical integrations, meeting requirements.
• Monitor partner performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Partner teams.
• Assist incident resolution and manage partner communications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in partner or project management roles.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects effectively.
• Strong analytical skills backed by data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication for technical information sharing.
Drive integrations and performance while shaping relationships in a high-impact role at Stripe.
