You'll work with realistic, production-grade security scenarios to help AI systems learn how to think like a skilled App Sec analyst: assessing risk, identifying exploitability, and recommending smart remediation.

• Analyze real-world application security scenarios across code, APIs, and system behavior
• Classify and assess vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control issues, and business logic bugs
• Evaluate secure coding practices and the quality of proposed remediation strategies
• Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to assess and prioritize application risk accurately
• Distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical or low-impact risk - and explain your reasoning clearly

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in application security, product security, or software security engineering
• Solid working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and common production vulnerabilities
• Able to think like both an attacker and a defender - you know what actually matters in a real environment
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to structure and explain security reasoning clearly
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments

• Experience with penetration testing, threat modeling, or secure code review
• Familiarity with bug bounty programs or vulnerability disclosure processes
• Background in Dev Sec Ops  or security tooling integration

• Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research teams
