• Develop network operations strategies and operational standards

• Analyze performance trends and operational risks for strategic influence

• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes

• Direct vendor relationships for effective service delivery

Requirements:

• 8+ years in enterprise network operations

• 6+ years leading network operations teams

• 5+ years in incident, change management, and service improvement

• Strong expertise in Fortinet, SD-WAN, and cloud networking

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
