Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior SAP Technical Business Analyst
to join the SAP S/4

HANA transformation program.

In this role, you ll bridge business and technical teams by translating business needs into clear, traceable requirements that support successful solution design, testing, and delivery. You ll work closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and governance standards.

1-Year contract

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology or ERP transformation programs
  .
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations, upgrades, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience working with integrations, data, reporting, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SAP security concepts, governance, controls, and audit requirements.
• Business Analysis or Project Management certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience working with System Integrators and managing requirements within large, complex enterprise programs.
• Familiarity with regulated or governance-driven project environments.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for SAP S/4
  
  HANA, integrations, reporting, data, and security.
• Facilitate workshops, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and vendor teams to validate solution designs and support successful delivery.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts while producing governance-ready documentation and status reporting.
